I’m Becky Giannelli, a lifelong communicator, strategist, and meditation teacher passionate about the power of mindfulness to transform how we age.

After years of working in high-pressure environments, I witnessed firsthand how stress affects focus, creativity, and overall vitality. My own journey into meditation and yoga revealed how small daily practices can completely shift how we think, feel, and show up in the world.

Now, through Mind Vitality, I help others — especially adults in midlife and beyond — learn accessible, joyful ways to support their mental fitness and emotional balance.
